Our CNC tooling system features a thick layer of diamonds on each profile wheel, including the polishing steps, ensuring faster performance and longer tool life. All tools are carefully balanced and each piece is accompanied by data sheets with set-up parameters, detailed operating information, and maintenance instructions.Tools can be redressed. CNC Profiles include: Ogee Straight, Double Eased, Bevel, Full Bullnose, Demi Bullnose, Straight. We also offer finger bits for soft and hard materials for use with any CNC machine.
