RETURN POLICY
Before returning any items, first contact your Superabrasive distributor or representative to determine the best solution for your individual situation. They will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, if needed.
- Returns will not be accepted without a completed RA form with an RA number, issued by a Superabrasive representative.
- Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the date of invoice.
- All returned items are subject to inspection prior to credit processing. In some instances, items may be replaced or repaired.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective product(s) and approved stock adjustment returns.
- Custom manufactured products cannot be returned (or refunded). Exceptions are made in cases involving manufacturing defects.
damaged shipments
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If products are damaged during transit, be sure the driver acknowledges the damage on the delivery documents. If the driver does not acknowledge the damage on the documents, or if the said damage is not reported to the driver, damage costs may not be recuperated. Contact us with any questions or concerns.
