Bush Hammers
Lavina Bush Hammers are perfect for concrete stripping, cleaning and profiling (CSP 3, 4 and 5). They also work great for prepping floors for epoxy coatings and overlays, thin coating removal and even exposing large aggregates.
- Using Bush hammers produces very little airborne dust, and it doesn’t micro fracture the surface.
- Removal rates from 200 to 2000 sf/hr, depending on the grinder size and thickness of the coating.
- Use bush hammers with low rpms.
HD Resin Pads
A versatile polishing tool that can be used dry or wet on both soft and hard concrete.
- The HD Resin pads are suitable for use with heavier grinders (25″ and up).
- Grit size range from 30 to 3000 grit.
- Offered with velcro backing in 3″ and 4″, and as 9″ and 13″ Quick Change Rings. Use the rings with security plates #A85.00.00 for 9″ rings, and #A84.00.00 for 13″ rings.
- Recommended RPM: 200 & 400 Grit tools – 650-750 rpm; 800 Grit & up – 800-1100 rpm for electric machines; for propane machines – 2100-2600 rpm.
Waffel Resin Pads
Heavy-duty resin pads for exceptional life and durability. Great for use with heavy grinders and power trowels.
- Offered in a different bond for dry and wet applications.
- Grit range from 30 up to 3000 grit.
- Offered with velcro backing in different sizes: 7″, 9″, 10.63″, and 14″, and also as QuickChange Rings in 9″, 10.63″ and 13″. Use the rings with security plates #A85.00.00 for 9″ rings, and #A84.00.00 for 13″ rings.
- Recommended RPM: 200 & 400 Grit – 650-750 rpm; 800 Grit & up – 800-1100 rpm for electric machines; 2100-2600 rpm for propane machines.
V-Harr Premium Polishing Pads
V-Harr Polishing pads feature a special combination of felt, resin, and diamonds for a premium shine. The soft and flexible felt material allows the pad to follow and polish high and low spots of the floor.
- For DRY use on concrete, but can be used wet on granite.
- Available in a full grit range from 50 to 8500 / Buff, but are mostly used for the polishing steps 400 grit and up.
- The velcro-backed V-Harrs are offered in a wide variety of sizes from 5″ up to 14″, and can be used with all popular grinders on the market.
- The Quick Change Rings are offered in 9″, 10.63″ and 13″ size. Use the rings with security plates #A85.00.00 for 9″ rings, and #A84.00.00 for 13″ rings.
- Recommended speed: 200 & 400 Grit – medium rpms; 800 Grit & up – high rpms.
