Superabrasive manufactures a heavy-duty industrial grade hand edger – HEM-300. It features a powerful motor and a high quality diamond wheel in a grit of your choice – 180, 180/400, 400, 600, or 800 grit.

We produce hand edging diamond wheels in a variety of sizes for different hand edgers, including HEM-300, Weco, NuTec, Novamatic and others.

We recommend using the brass/metal bond wheels for glass and plastic lenses, and the resin bond hand edging wheels for polycarbonate, plastic, hi-index and trivex lenses. We have discontinued electroplated hand edging wheels, as their life is shorter compared to resin diamond wheels.
