LAVINA Transport Wheel

A transport (3rd) wheel can be easily added to all 25/30/31″ S7 grinders and 25/30″ Elite grinders – part #L30GE02.10.00-1.

The transport wheel is included with all remote-controlled grinders (S7, Elite and older RC models).

LAVINA FOAM PLATES

Back by popular demand! Lavina foam plates feature flexible foam and heavy-duty velcro to attach your favorite velcro-backed tooling.

Offered in 9″ and 13″ to use with Lavina Grinders and Trowels. Compatible with S7, Elite and older models.

LAVINA SECURITY PLATES

We recommend using tool security plates to lock all QC tooling in place. Specify grinder model, heads diameter, and if it is QC or Ring security plate before ordering.

BOLT-ON QC ADAPTERS

These universal adapters feature three standard threaded holes for easy bolting and our standard magnetic and dovetail security – just bolt on to your machine heads and start using Lavina QuickChange tools.

VELCRO PROTECTORS

Velcro Protectors work great with foam plates and extend their life. Offered in 9″ and 13″ with cutouts for 3″ pucks.

QC HOLDERS FOR MAINTENANCE PADS

Designed to attach floor maintenance pads, such as SupraShine, directly to your Lavina grinder heads or Trowel Shine heads.

For 9″ heads use 3 pcs of #XQCPH9, and for 13″ heads use #A87.00.00R.

LIPPAGE HOLDERS AND BACKER PADS

Aluminum Lippage Holders are used for attaching vecro-backed tools and are offered in 4in and 83mm sizes. They are offered with a QuickChange attachment – #XQC-4LH, #XQC-83LH, and with a regular bolt-on attachment – #4LH, #83LH.

Rubbber spacers with Hook & Loop serve as a cushion between the diamond pad and the backer, and are offered in different diameters from 3″ to 9″.

We also offer rigid / aluminum and flexible backer pads for angle grinders. The rigid backers are used for straight edges and flat surfaces, and the flexible backers with foam are used for curved edges.

Weights for LAVINA Floor Grinders

Adding weights on the grinder head increases the grinding pressure and helps you to cut more aggressively. The new S7 floor grinders have integrated weights, but the L31 models can also take an additional (optional) weight – #A114.00.00 (75 lbs / 34 kg).
From the Elite models, only L16E uses horseshoe-style weights – you can add up to two 18.5 lbs / 8.5 kg weights – #L21-50.00.00.

The older LAVINA X, S, Pro, SPS grinders all use horseshoe style weights, offered in two sizes:

#A07.00.00.00 – 48 lbs weight for L20, 20N X, S, Pro, SPS
#A08.00.00.00 – 64 lbs weight for L25 and up X, S, Pro, SPS.

LAVINA Tool Box

The LAVINA tool box is ideal for storing and carrying your metal and resin diamond tools. It includes 5 panels for QC Metals and 8 panels for 3″ pucks.

MOHS PICK SET

This simple scratch tester helps you determine the hardness of your floor and pick the right tools. This is important for preventing tools from glazing, as well as for achieving optimal cutting speed and longer tool life.
